2022 Early Talent Summer Internship: Capital Markets
Intern
The Intern gains experience and an overall feel for the company and the financial services industry by attending meetings, delivering presentations, exploring business-specific tasks, and working closely with cross-functional groups to better understand the organization.
Over the 10-week summer internship program, this job participates in a robust training and onboarding program followed by an ongoing speaker series, lunch-and-learns, and cohort engagement activities.
Responsibilities
Assist the Capital Markets team with various reporting and analytical needs (while learning the fundamentals of mortgage banking). The areas of focus will include analytics / reporting, valuation / financial projections, trading, and risk
management.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Rising Junior/Senior at an accredited university or college or Graduate Student with a Graduation date of December 2022-May 2024.
- Involvement in degree-specific programs or clubs on campus a plus
- Finance, Economics or Business related degree focus preferred.

Potential Salary: $20.00 USD
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
