Last date to apply:
11 March 2026We are now looking for students within computer science, AI/ML engineering, data science or related technical programs who are interested in doing their internship with us in the Enterprise AI organization.
As Husqvarna Group continues scaling AI across the company, we aim to strengthen our internal capability-building efforts. For 2026, we are seeking an intern who will help us create high‑quality AI training content targeted at AI creators—a technically savvy audience working hands‑on with developing AI products.
The internship will focus on developing training modules that introduce, explain and contextualize key themes relevant for modern AI product development. In 2026, the prioritized themes are:
- MLOps best practices (e.g., model versioning, ML pipelines)
- Agents and Agent Orchestration (Agentic AI and Autonomous Systems concepts)
- AI Product Lifecycle and Deliverables (what to deliver when, and why)
The intern will gather material and propose content based on their academic knowledge, interviews with in‑house experts, online research, and internal guidance such as How We Work.
Computer science / data science / AI & machine learning / software engineering / technical programs with exposure to MLOps, ML engineering or applied AI development.
- Researching and proposing relevant subtopics, examples and learning paths for each training theme
- Conducting interviews with internal experts to capture best practices and insights
- Creating structured e‑learning content in English optimized for Curious by Nature (CbN)
- Developing short assessments (quizzes or similar) for each module
- Ensuring all material follows the internal training development process
- Packaging each training topic into an approx. 1‑hour learning experience
- Suggesting further‑learning paths such as books, scientific publications or online resources
- Collaborating closely with the AI Training & Adoption coordinator, Enterprise AI members, and the CbN team
At the end of the internship, the ambition is to have a complete set of three e‑learning training packages, one per theme, published in Curious by Nature and ready for rollout.
Technical requirements
- Experience developing at least two AI projects
- Understanding of principles related to AI product development, including DevOps/MLOps and coding best practices
- Ability to synthesize complex technical information and communicate it clearly
- Curiosity and passion for learning
- Strong communication and interviewing skills
- Ability to summarize, structure, and package information into engaging learning content
- Strong command of written and spoken English
Third‑year university students or higher who seek a technically‑oriented internship (not strictly software‑development focused). Students pursuing graduate studies are also welcome.
Someone who enjoys reading, researching, and synthesizing information—potentially with ambitions toward AI research or technical strategy. This role suits individuals who thrive on deep exploration and structured knowledge creation.
Please send in your application with CV and cover letter as soon as possible.
Due to GDPR, we do not accept applications by email.
Start date of the internship is Q1 / Q2 2026.
