Role and ResponsibilitiesAs an Internship – Software Engineer (GEM), you will actively participate in developing software solutions that drive ASML’s technological advancements. In this internship, you will gain hands-on experience and collaborate with talented professionals in a supportive environment.
- Design, develop, and test software for advanced semiconductor equipment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions
- Analyze user needs to create practical and effective software features
- Troubleshoot issues and resolve problems to ensure system reliability
- Participate in code reviews and share constructive feedback with your peers
- Document processes, solutions, and progress to support project transparency
- Engage with mentors and team members to expand your technical knowledge
You are pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ is beneficial. Experience with SDLC, VCS, and TDD is required and will help you excel in the Internship – Software Engineer (GEM) role. Academic or project experience with embedded systems, algorithms, or machine learning is a plus.
