Purpose of the Role  

 

This role offers an opportunity to make a significant impact within our marketing team. You’ll take ownership of one line of business, driving its success while working closely with the lead to shape strategy and execution. The position requires a strong marketing background, proven ability to manage complex campaigns, and the confidence to combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. You’ll play a key role in influencing decisions, optimising processes, and ensuring flawless execution across multiple channels in a fast-paced, global environment. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

 

  • Manage a Dedicated Line of Business: Oversee marketing activity for one area, ensuring alignment with overall objectives. 

  • Support Strategic Planning: Work alongside the lead to shape plans and contribute data-driven insights. 

  • Deliver Campaign Execution: Handle day-to-day delivery, timelines, and reporting to maintain momentum. 

  • Coordinate Stakeholders: Build strong relationships internally and externally for seamless collaboration. 

  • Ensure Operational Excellence: Use project management tools to maintain visibility and prevent issues. 

  • Adapt and Respond: Stay flexible to changing priorities while keeping projects on track. 

 

Ideal Candidate: 

 

  • Marketing Campaign Expertise: Skilled in managing end-to-end campaigns in global or complex organisations, coordinating teams, and delivering results aligned with business goals. 

  • Organisation & Detail: Highly organised and proactive, adept at managing multiple priorities and ensuring accuracy under pressure. 

  • Ownership in Supportive Role: Confident in owning deliverables within a supporting role, demonstrating accountability and timely execution. 

  • Communication & Relationships: Clear communicator with strong interpersonal skills, building effective stakeholder relationships and navigating complex structures.
