Internal Communications
We are seeking a temporary Internal Communications Specialist to provide coverage during a 3-month parental leave. This role will ensure continuity of internal communications, executive support, and company-wide event logistics. The ideal candidate is an excellent writer and project manager, comfortable stepping into ongoing initiatives and maintaining established processes.
Communications Execution: Support internal (and occasional external) communications campaigns by drafting and editing copy, creating comms plans, and ensuring timely delivery of initiatives that connect employees to company strategy and culture.
Company Meetings & Events: Assist with the planning and execution of major employee events (e.g., quarterly company meetings), including content development, presentation design, A/V coordination, and production support (studio, rehearsals, scheduling).
Intranet Content: Maintain and update the company intranet with high-quality, consistent, and engaging content.
Executive & Team Support: Provide administrative and communications support for executives and cross-functional teams as needed.
Creative Collateral Development: Produce clear and engaging communication materials — short-form videos (TikTok-style), emails, blog posts, PowerPoint decks, posters, and other collateral.
Presentation Design: Build visually compelling and professional PowerPoint presentations to support executives and company-wide initiatives.
A/V & Production Support: Assist with setup and operation of A/V equipment during large-scale employee meetings and events.
Culture & Engagement: Partner with HR and other teams to support employee engagement activities and reinforce company culture.
Light Creative Design: Use tools like Canva, Photoshop, or similar to design simple but effective graphics and visual content.
Dates of Employment
Must be available from December 8, 2024 through March 23, 2025. Some flexibility on exact start and end dates may be accommodated.
Office Schedule
Hybrid work arrangement with in-office days typically on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Schedule offers some flexibility to accommodate individual needs.

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
The US base hourly rate for this full-time position is $48. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
