This role is pivotal in strengthening our internal communications infrastructure, fostering employee engagement, and supporting our continuous growth. You will play a key role in defining the project scope and overseeing delivery, including managing change, driving the adoption of new communication tools, and ensuring all employees are informed and engaged throughout transitions. Here’s a Taste of What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Platform Management & Optimization:
    Oversee and optimize internal communication platforms (e.g., Slack, Confluence, Asana, intranets) to ensure they are effectively serving Go1's needs.
  • Tech Stack Integration:
    Implement and manage communication and collaboration tech stacks, ensuring seamless execution, integrations, and automation across tools.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
    Utilize data analytics to measure the effectiveness of communication platforms and employee engagement, presenting actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Project Management:
    Lead projects related to internal communications technology, managing timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Change Management:
    Guide the organization through transitions related to communication technologies, ensuring smooth adoption and minimum disruption.
  • Best Practices & Innovation:
    Stay up to date with digital communication trends and technologies, driving continuous improvement and fostering a culture of collaboration and engagement.

You will have: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal communications or systems management, preferably within a SaaS or tech-driven company.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing internal communication strategies and systems.
  • Proven ability to manage and communicate change effectively.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with an aptitude for adapting to changing needs.
  • Expertise in designing and executing adoption programs for new communication technologies.
  • Advanced proficiency in managing and optimizing internal communication and collaboration platforms and tools (e.g., intranets, Slack, Confluence, Asana).
  • Expertise in integrating and automating communication and collaboration tech stacks.
  • Knowledge of data analytics for measuring communication effectiveness and employee engagement.
  • Familiarity with project management software and methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of web technologies and digital communication best practices.
  • Deep understanding of internal communication and collaboration principles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships and collaborating across time zones and organizational levels.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Creativity and innovation in developing engaging communication strategies.
  • Ability to analyze data and present insights to drive strategic decisions.
  • Expertise in change management, with a proven ability to guide organizations through technology transitions.
  • Proven ability to drive the adoption of new communication tools and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Must be located in Pacific Time Zone/West location of the US
