Why This Role Matters
As a Fleet Back Office Intern, you support the core operations of Goodyear’s Fleet Services. By ensuring accurate pricing, clean data, and smooth workflows, you help deliver reliable, cost-accurate services that directly impact efficiency and customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Do
Manage pricing and invoicing tasks for fleet customers and providers.
Upload and validate pricing data in the FOS platform.
Record service jobs to ensure accurate operational tracking.
Create tire orders and resolve purchase-order errors.
Collaborate with Front Office and truck teams to support service quality.
Maintain internal databases and documentation.
Assist with reports, ad hoc tasks, and process improvements.
What You’ll Bring
Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree.
Strong motivation to learn, collaborate, and work across multiple teams.
Ability to manage multiple tasks while following structured procedures.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Outlook and SharePoint is a plus.
Team-oriented, reliable, organized, and deadline-driven; prior experience in a mid-to-large corporate environment is an advantage.
