The Team:
The video team is part of the Brand Office at Celonis and has been steadily growing in the last two years. The team currently consists of eight passionate creative video professionals who report to the Video Team Lead. The team that is based in Munich collaborates with diverse other creative and marketing teams on video projects and acts as an in-house production agency for Celonis. Consequently, there are many versatile projects waiting for you in an international and dynamic environment with the possibility to make a real contribution and shape the Celonis brand.
The Role:
We are looking for a passionate, driven individual with a keen interest in video production and organization. If you are this person, keep on reading!
In your role, you will be assisting the video production team and the project manager. We are looking for someone who is open to learning but also is up and ready to get the job done. Experience in video production is a must.
The work you’ll do:
- In your internship, you will take on supporting tasks from Pre-production to post video and content productions.
- As a production assistant, you will be responsible for assisting the production team in (hybrid) live streaming events , photoshoots and video productions. This includes in-house and off-site locations. You will be supporting in coordination of the video production and equipment handling.
- You will be the ‘go-to person’ for the production team for any video production support needed.
- You will gather raw footage and transfer/upload it to the server provided.
- You will also have the possibility to get a better understanding of video editing and motion design since you will be involved in editing work (if needed) - including music, interviews, sound clips, and other important aspects of the project.
The qualifications you need:
- You ideally already have finished your Bachelor’s or are in or have completed your Master’s in a relevant field such as media/ video production.
- At least six months to one year of experience in a related field.
- Being open to working in a team environment is a must.
- Being flexible, open, and willing to learn is a must.
- A structured and proactive work style is required.
- Be part of video and content projects that will shape the future identity of Celonis: productions include lighthouse campaigns and events like World Tour, customer stories, creation of an in-house production studio, collaboration with employer branding and much more.
- Besides the exciting tasks, you can experience a growing marketing team with a lot of project touch points with other teams.
- Demanding tasks in a creative and structured field with insights into the "how-to" of building a corporate media house.
