As an Intern, you will gain insight into the Western Union administrative process and develop your skills on an administrative and communications level. You will get the opportunity to work on a variety of projects across the business, with a focus on supporting our Marketing Team. This is a rare opportunity for someone with no previous office experience to get their first look in the corporate world.
Role Responsibilities
- Assist with the rollout of large-scale campaigns and initiatives in a multicultural environment.
- Be responsible for the updating and version budget control and payments.
- Work closely with external agencies to develop creative assets and implement campaigns.
- Support the demand coming from our own stores and agents in regards POS Materials and the creation of marketing comms.
- On completion you will have attained skills in formatting documents, reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and filing in coordination with other staff and valuable experience in Marketing.
Role Requirements
- Ideally pursuing a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- Good communication skills (verbal and written).
- Intermediate / Advance English knowledge (verbal and written).
- Spanish is a plus.
- Excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail,
- Ability to confidently use Office programs (Power Point, Excel, Word, mainly).
- An interest in currency / financial markets.
- You need to be proactive, assertive, and happy to assist others with a variety of tasks.
