Assist in planning and coordinating internal training sessions, employee activities, and cross-functional HR projects.
Support vendor and coordinator engagement for ongoing programs, including sourcing, contacting, and follow-ups.
Help monitor and resolve monthly attendance irregularities based on system-generated records.
Collect, verify, and organize data for recurring HR reports, such as training hours, employee surveys, and onboarding checklists.
Provide administrative assistance including venue research, restaurant booking, and logistics support for events and meetings.
Prepare and submit documentation for internal processes, including legal reviews, payment applications, NVR applications, and chop requests.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
Available to work at least four days per week during the academic term
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through on details
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a willingness to engage with colleagues across different teams
Proactive and responsible, with a willingness to learn and take initiative in supporting HR operations
Detail-oriented, especially when handling data verification, documentation, and reporting tasks
Comfortable working with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with AI tools is a plus
Ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently, including scheduling, logistics coordination, and documentation processing
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with recurring deadlines (e.g., monthly attendance review, reporting cycles)
Good command of English (written and spoken)
