JDE Peet’s is the world’s leading pure-play coffee company, serving approximately 4,400 cups of coffee per second in more than 100 markets. Guided by our ‘Reignite the Amazing’ strategy, we are focusing on brand-led growth across three big bets: Peet’s, L’OR, and Jacobs, alongside a collection of 9 local icons; such as Douwe Egberts, Kenco, Pilao, Old Town, Moccona, Super, Gevalia, Friele, Marcilla. In 2024, JDE Peet’s generated total sales of EUR 8.8 billion and employed a global workforce of more than 21,000 employees.

Job Description- VAT Refund: Develop the project to achieve the VAT recovery of the company.
- Accounts receivables: processing invoices, recording payments, and following up on outstanding balances.
- Audit support: Assist with gathering documents and information for internal control.
- Reporting: sales preparation on a weekly basis extracted by ERP.
- Currently studying - Accounting degree;
- Expected graduation date of December 2027 or later;
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office;
- Intermediate English;
- Availability to work from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. or from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. — 4 days on-site and 1 day home office.
