JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will be part of the team to enhance our content creation capabilities, support our strategic initiatives, and contribute to our overall growth.

What you will do:

  • Content Creation and Management: Assist in creating, editing, and managing content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram and YouTube. This includes posts, stories, videos, and other media formats.
  • Media Strategy Development: to develop and implement effective media strategies that align with our brand and goals.
  • Campaign Support: Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring campaigns to ensure they meet the desired objectives and reach the target audience.
  • Audience Engagement: Engage with our audience, particularly children and parents, in a friendly and professional manner through social media interactions, comments, and messages.
  • Event Participation: Support the planning and execution of events, including promotional activities, media shoots, and other related events. This may involve coordinating logistics, setting up equipment, and interacting with attendees.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel as required for events, shoots, and other related activities.
  • General Support: Provide general support to the team as needed, including administrative tasks, research, and other duties as assigned.

Who you are:

  • Education: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a media-related field of study such as Communications, Journalism, Broadcasting, Media Studies, or similar.
  • Social Media Expertise: Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices. Ability to create engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to convey ideas clearly and interact with diverse audiences.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Friendly, outgoing personality with a love for working with children. Patience and the ability to handle various situations calmly and effectively.
  • Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of content creation tools and software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro), Canva, or similar tools. Experience with video editing is a plus.
