About the role
We’re on the lookout for a motivated and driven Intermediary Sales Advisor to join our New Business Broker Sales team at Bupa Global.
In this role, you’ll be working closely with brokers to win new business, manage relationships, and support customers in finding the right healthcare cover. It’s a fast-paced, target-driven environment where no two days are the same.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing broker relationships and building a strong sales pipeline
- Handling inbound and outbound queries and keeping things moving smoothly
- Understanding customer needs and matching them with the right products
- Preparing quotes, following up, and securing new memberships
- Keeping records up to date and helping the team hit targets
What we’re looking for:
- Someone with sales or target-driven experience
- Confident communicator, especially over the phone and email
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Organised and able to manage multiple tasks
- A proactive attitude and a real drive to succeed
