Job Description
The Interface Manager will be reporting to the Project Director. They will oversee and manage the interfaces between various project stakeholders and packages during the development and construction of the offshore windfarm. They ensure seamless integration of all project elements, define interface deliverables, and collaborate with package managers. These undertakings ensure that the Offshore Wind Farm Interface Manager plays a crucial role in the successful delivery of offshore wind farm projects, ensuring technical, regulatory, and operational interfaces are effectively managed

You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:
- Ensuring the offshore wind farm project interfaces are managed to the highest standards, within the timeline, and according to project specifications
- Coordinating and communicating with various project stakeholders, including contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, regulatory bodies, and internal project teams
- Leading in the preparation and approval of interface management procedures, tender documents, and contracts to ensure compliance with interface requirements
- Preparing, communicating, and implementing a comprehensive interface management manual and program, coordinating activities across all key packages inc. HSE, QA/QC, project teams, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Ensuring seamless technical integration of all project components, including turbines, substations, cables, and onshore facilities, while reviewing and approving technical documentation related to interface points.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, project management, or other relevant field
- Extensive experience in offshore wind farm projects and an in-depth understanding of the systems deployed
- Minimum 5 years previous experience in a leading engineering or interface management position within offshore wind
- Knowledge of specification, design, maintenance, construction and commissioning
- Understanding the interfaces and interactions between packages and how to manage those effectively as well as understanding the requirements for delivery
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to communicate and explain complex material and concepts to various audiences
- Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English.
