Within UMB Loan Administration, this position interacts with internal partners to ensure all loans provided to them have correct information and are in compliance with UMB loan regulatory guidelines.
As an Insurance Specialist Sr, you will be responsible reviewing borrower's insurance and determining acceptability for complex commercial loans.

How you’ll spend your time:
- You will review all types of insurance policies including Liability, Property and Builder's Risk.
- You will assess accurate coverage of insurance based on loan collateral type, loan approval, loan policy and underwriting guidelines.
- You will identify and communicate any insurance deficiencies to internal business partners, borrowers, insurance companies, attorneys as needed.
- You will input insurance information in loan servicing software for ongoing monitoring of policy renewals.

- You have a high school diploma or equivalent
- You have at least four (4) years of commercial insurance experience
- You have one (1)+ year commercial loan experience
Compensation Range:
Minimum: $44,790.00 - Maximum: $103,820.00
