The Role
We’re looking for a customer-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our Tax and Accounting team in Gothenburg. You'll be part of a close-knit team of four sales professionals, focused primarily on inbound sales and customer care, with some occasional outbound campaigns. Your main goal is to help small accounting firms and SME companies — typically 1 to 4 people — find the right solutions in our product portfolio, which includes software tools, online services, and training programs.
What You’ll Do
- Respond to inbound inquiries by phone and email from prospects and customers
- Guide clients through product options, including demos and follow-ups
- Qualify leads generated through marketing activities or demo downloads
- Handle some outbound calls for campaigns or reactivation
- Advise on the best mix of software, services, and training for each customer
- Ensure a seamless handover to other teams when needed
- Maintain detailed and accurate notes in our CRM system Salesforce
- Represent Wolters Kluwer with professionalism, responsiveness, and integrity
- Operate in a high-volume, short-cycle sales environment with a focus on fast-paced transactions
What You Bring
- Fluent in Swedish (spoken and written) and comfortable using English in a work setting
- Previous experience in sales, ideally in B2B
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Good working knowledge of MS Office
- Affinity with economics, tax processes, or accounting workflows (e.g. closing books)
- A structured, reliable approach and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Eagerness to learn — full onboarding and product training provided
What We Offer
- A friendly, committed team of sales professionals with strong collaboration
- A structured onboarding plan and continuous learning opportunities
- A flexible hybrid setup and a modern office space with a great waterfront view in Amerikaskjulet
- A company culture that values your contribution and rewards good performance
- Competitive compensation, including a commission model with ~30% variable, an accelerator structure that boosts earnings once targets are exceeded
