Job Description
Responsibilities:

Manage and implement all phases of the RDLC (Robotic Development Life Cycle), including design, development, testing, and deployment of automations of business processes.

Design and develop Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to meet use cases as per the RDLC (Robotic Development Life Cycle).
-
Advise customers in developing automation strategies and roadmaps while also providing guidance around RPA Operating Models.
-
Build an RPA Center of Excellence, define automation best practices, and program governance.
-
Own the building, testing, and delivery of robotic automation capabilities using UiPath/Power Automation.
-
Facilitate team for better creativity, drive innovation, and improve the efficiency of the development teams.
Qualifications:
-
RPA Products – AssitEdge/UiPath/Power Automate with 5-8 years of RPA implementation and software development experience.

UiPath Document Understanding, Communication Mining, Power Automate – AI Builder.

Knowledge of RPA Lifecycle with proven project implementation/ deployment/ administration experience.

Knowledge on Power Apps, Power Bi

Basic knowledge of AI/ ML/ Document processing/ OCR.

Advanced level knowledge of any programming language - C++/C#/Java with documented experience.

Advanced level knowledge of any scripting language - JavaScript/ VB Script/ Python with document experience.

Bachelor's degree or combination of relevant education and experience.

Highly collaborative, excellent interpersonal skills and able to work with diverse personality types.

Continuous coaching of the team and stakeholders around the team to realize their highest potential.

Excellent communication and facilitation skills

Ability to influence at all levels without straight line authority
