Job Responsibilities:
Objetivo del Puesto
Proporcionar liderazgo y soporte técnico para asegurar la definición y desarrollo de procesos de manufactura, documentación, implementación y control en piso. Mejora y actualización de los procesos de producción en el área de pintura de la división.
Responsabilidades Principales
  • Definir los procesos, incluyendo su documentación e implementación para que los productos cumplan con las especificaciones de los clientes.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de los indicadores de producción FTQ, OEE.
  • Participar activamente en la implementación de los procesos de mejora continua con el fin de lograr una reducción de costos, aumento en la productividad y mejora de la calidad del producto.
  • Participar en el proceso de implementación de nuevos productos.
  • Desarrollar los parámetros y paths de aplicación para nuevos productos.
  • Dar soporte en entrenamiento en el uso de equipos y parámetros del proceso a personal técnico y operativo.
  • Crear y mantener actualizada la documentación de los procesos del área de pintura.
  • Responsable de mantener y actualizar la base de datos que contiene los programas de aplicación de pintura.

Educación y Experiencia
  • Carrera profesional concluida, deseable ingeniería química.
  • Contar con al menos 3 años de experiencia en puestos similares.

Competencia Requerida
  • Manejo de MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
  • Conocimiento de la metodología 5S.
  • Conocimientos en IATF 16949 e ISO 14001
  • Conocimiento de Core Tools.
  • Conocimiento de líneas de pintura automatizadas y aplicación por aspersión en plásticos. (Deseable)
  • Conocimiento en procesos de recubrimientos, retoque de pintura y finesse. (Deseable)
  • Habilidad para interpretación fichas técnicas de pintura y resinas plásticas.
  • Dominio amplio de proceso de aplicación de pintura por medio de robots.
  • Conocimiento de programación de robots ABB.
  • Experiencia en equipo de control numérico, operación y programación.
  • Habilidad para mantener una conversación en inglés.
  • Amplio conocimiento en el manejo de herramientas para preparación de pintura tal como copas de viscosidad, cronómetros, filtros, agitadores, cartas de viscosidad contra temperatura, básculas, medidores de resistividad, solventes, aditivos además de evaluadores de espesor, color, brillo, textura de superficies pintadas y velocidad de aire.
