About the Role
Are you passionate about technology and helping people? At Chewy, we're looking for a friendly, motivated IT Site Support Specialist I to join our team and deliver exceptional support to our employees!
In this role, you'll provide frontline technical support, helping resolve day-to-day IT issues and ensuring our team members have the tools they need to succeed!
What You'll Do
- Provide first-line technical support via ticketing system, phone, email, and in person
- Solve basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues (Windows/Mac)
- Perform new hire setups, imaging, and deployment
- Assist with account access
- Maintain accurate ticket documentation
- Support onboarding orientation classes
- Track and manage IT assets
- Assist with office moves, adds, and changes
- Advance complex issues to Tier 2
What You'll Need
- 1-2 years of IT support experience
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS and Microsoft 365
- Understanding of basic networking (Wi-Fi, VPN)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Nice to Have
- CompTIA A+
- Exposure to Active Directory, Azure, or Jamf
