Our ABS Global Software Asset Management (GSAM) team manages all commercial software contracts and provides a catalogue for employees to request software applications. This internship focuses on transforming our IT Software Catalogue into a more user-friendly and insightful resource, improving how thousands of colleagues access the tools they need.
You will work on making the IT Software Catalogue easier to navigate and more informative. This catalogue is essential for ASML employees to quickly find and order the right software solutions. Your work will directly improve efficiency and user experience across the company.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Analyze the current catalogue to identify gaps in descriptions, keywords, and categorization.
Write clear, descriptive summaries for each application.
Add relevant keywords to improve searchability.
Suggest and implement improved categorization based on functionality and business use cases.
Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to validate descriptions and categories.
Research best practices for software cataloguing and apply them.
Document guidelines for maintaining a high-quality catalogue.
This is a bachelor internship for a minimum of 5 months, 3 to 5 days per week (2 to 3 days on-site). The start date of this internship is February 2026.
Your profile
To be suitable for the internship, you:
Are enrolled in a bachelor’s degree in information technology, communications, business administration, content creation, or a related field.
Have an affinity with IT, UX, and digital content design.
Have experience with webpage design, catalogue setup, or project coordination.
Have an affinity with IT, UX, and digital content design.
Are proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative.
Other requirements you need to meet:
You are enrolled at an educational institute for the entire duration of the internship;
Attach your cover letter with a clear motivation why you are interested in this internship assignment in particular;
You need to be located in the Netherlands to be perform your internship. In case you are currently living/studying outside of the Netherlands, your CV/motivation letter includes the willingness to relocate.
If you are a non-EU citizen, studying in the Netherlands, your university is willing to sign the documents relevant for doing an internship (i.e., Nuffic agreement).
