Location: India - Airoli, Navi Mumbai
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Checking of DAs received from various offices against agreed tariffs of the client.
- Ensure all DAs are in line with service requests from the client and checking of supporting documents.
- In case of any discrepancy with rates or supporting documents; query the same with a local office.
- Complete the DA processing in the optic as per the set process at all stages of DA.
- Vouching of the Final DA i.e., Putting USD amount and arranging vouchers as per the summary sheet.
- Create Final DA as per the client's requirements and SOPs.
- Reporting of invoices on a weekly basis
- Handling client inquiries/disputes
Inchcape Systems
- Full utilization of Inchcape systems as per ISS Standard Operating Procedures.
- Ensure all jobs are processed accurately and updated at all stages of DA processing in optic.
Teamwork
- To proactively collaborate with and support colleagues by adopting the spirit of teamwork.
- To inform colleagues promptly of any emails, tasks, or issues that require immediate attention to enable them to meet the expectations of internal and external customers.
- To work with all colleagues in a friendly, business-focused, proactive, and cooperative manner.
Knowledge
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Must have basic knowledge of shipping.
- Understanding of basic shipping terminologies and disbursement Accounts

Experience
- Require a minimum of 1 year to 2 years of experience in Shipping.

- Championing appropriate health, safety, security and environment (HSSE) risk assessments becomes part of the company culture.
- Accountable for the implementation and monitoring of actions that mitigate risk and enhance controls/processes, to ensure that QHSSE of all Inchcape Stakeholders are known and staff/suppliers/crew feel empowered and accountable for their own safety.
- Ensure full compliance with, and implementation of, the Inchcape QHSSE Management System
- Ensure that appropriate resources are allocated to control QHSSE risk.
