The Opportunity:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality implementations by designing and executing test plans, identifying and documenting bugs, and collaborating with Implementation team to resolve issues and to deliver high-quality solutions that meet our clients' needs.

What you will do:

  • Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases based on functional and technical specifications.
  • Define clear test objectives and criteria for success.
  • Execute manual and automated tests to validate the functionality, performance, and reliability of client implementations.
  • Identify, document, and track issues using a tracking system.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of testing processes, tools, and methodologies.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in QA/testing technologies.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation of test cases, test results, and defects.
  • Ensure all testing activities comply with established standards and best practices.

Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Proven experience as a QA Tester or similar role in client implementation projects.
  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Experience with both manual and automated testing tools (e.g. JIRA).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Knowledge of Python
  • Experience with database testing.
  • Good to have knowledge of finance industry
  • Certification in QA (e.g., ISTQB) is a plus.
