What You'll Do:
- Responsible for supporting audit and compliance requirements as relates to identity and access management, executing User Access Review campaigns, reporting, auditing of access control validations, System Account Management, Human Account Management, and reporting Access Lifecycle Management metrics.
- Familiarize themselves with Information Security Policies, Standards, and Controls and offer guidance as needed to ensure personnel are complying within the Identity Access Management Scope.
- Identify task inefficiencies and provide ideas for solutions, including the ability to assist with the automation of manual and semi-manual processes.
- Provide input towards designing and implementing Identity Governance process to govern policy adherence
- Responsible for evaluating current IAM methods and controls, reviewing business processes to identify gaps leading to potential control access exposure, and gathering business requirements for control access needs that aren’t met by existing processes
- Provide guidance and direction in reviewing audit findings and mitigating controls to optimize IAM security
- Work with business stakeholders and other Cyber security teams like Governance Risk and Compliance, Application Security, Security Engineering and Architecture etc.
- Support Identity Access Management Operations team as time permits, but eventually play bigger role in Operations team.
What We’re Looking For
- 3 years of identity access management industry experience (desired from information security prospective)
- Knowledgeable in 1 or more IAM products (Okta, Ping, Azure AD, CyberArk, SailPoint, Saviynt, etc.) is a plus
- In depth experience with data analysis and interpreting data to illustrate business impact
- Expert Skill level in Microsoft Excel
- Hands on experience with audit/testing controls
- Experience in managing User Access Reviews campaigns and certification
- Experience with Compliance frameworks (i.e., NIST, ISO, CMMC, SOX, DFARS) and audits
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with both Business/Management and Technical resources
- Experience with PowerPoint, and other Microsoft products such as Excel, required
- Ability to prioritize work without management direction and provide clear and documented status updates/metrics to management.
- The ability to learn and apply new concepts, capabilities, or tools quickly
- Ability to troubleshoot complex problems with minimal guidance
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proven analytical and problem-solving ability
- Excellent organization, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management skills and be accustomed to working within prescribed deadlines
