What you’ll do:
You’ll be a core connector across the Talent Strategy (HR) team including Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and our HR business partners—coordinating processes, communications, and systems updates that keep our talent programs running smoothly.
Onboarding:
Track onboarding paperwork and create electronic employee files.
Coordinate background checks (platforms: 1st Advantage and DISA). Assist with Asset Employee drug testing as needed.
Process hires into Workday.
Coordinate new hire orientation and assist with coordination of onboarding meetings.
Greet new hires, provide office tours, collect I-9 documentation.
HR Operations:
Complete employment verifications with accuracy and confidentiality.
Monitor and follow up on HR compliance items (e.g., training completion, onboarding surveys).
Create and manage surveys in Betterworks (performance, goal setting, survey system) to support feedback and program evaluation.
Maintain and update HR intranet/SharePoint content to ensure accuracy and clarity. This includes HR policies, org charts, adding training, updating performance and goal setting information, etc.
Assist with relocation process coordination.
Ad hoc reporting.
Recruiting:
Greet onsite candidates to ensure a seamless experience.
Draft and distribute the Recruiting newsletter.
Assist with campus recruitment logistics as needed.
Learning & Development:
Coordinate communications, logistics and scheduling for training programs.
Administer training licenses
Contribute to the monthly Learning & Development newsletter and reporting.

What you’ll bring (Qualifications):
Minimum of 1-year corporate experience, ideally within a fast-paced HR or Recruiting function.
Detail orientation with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through.
Comfort with HR systems and Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, SharePoint); Workday familiarity is a plus.
Clear, professional communication—written and verbal—with comfort chasing deadlines respectfully.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
High integrity with confidential information and data accuracy.
Proactive team player, with flexible, dependable, professional attitude
Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic and high-intensity environment including open-floor plan if applicable to the position, with timely responsiveness and the ability to work beyond normal business hours when required.
