HRHC Payroll Execution Specialist-2

Summary of the position:

Alcon is looking to hire HR Help Center Payroll Execution Specialist 

Job Description:

• Payroll work focused processing the confidential information with on time and accuracy with consistency & integrity: 

• Strong India Payroll knowledge with minimum 3 years of experience

• End to End India Payroll knowledge who worked individually to deliver the results 

• Knowledge on India Tax & statutory process 

• Consolidate all the payroll inputs from different applications

• Calculating gross and net pay amounts (e.g., salary, overtime, shift payments, sales commissions, bonuses, deferred compensation, benefits, tax withholdings, deductions, payroll liabilities, etc.) 

• Payroll-specific records maintenance (changes in wage/salary rates; pension, insurance, mandatory deductions; new hires, terminations, leave of absence, etc.) 

• Reconciliation of payroll records (e.g., payments, deductions, general ledger entries for wages)

• Payroll data verification and administration 

• Monitor and manage payroll legislation compliance 

• Answering questions from employees and supervisors regarding payroll queries 

• Maintain employee records on vacation, sick leave, etc.

• Maintain the confidentiality of Payroll information.

Job Preferences/ Qualifications:

• Minimum Graduation/PG

• India Payroll knowledge is must with strong statutory compliance knowledge

• Preferably Managing ADP applications, Service Now & Workday 

• Good proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)

• Good Communication skills (Speaking & Writing)

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in Payroll domain
