Workday Systems Analyst

We are looking for a Workday Systems Analyst within the People Analytics, Technology and Strategy team who will report into the Workday Product Manager. As one of the system analysts on the team, you will be working with a group of high caliber analysts and developers to build one of a kind solutions in Workday. Responsibilities:
- Partner with stakeholders within the business and People team to understand processes, gather requirements and propose system solutions to automate and enhance experiences
- Reimagine business processes in Workday throughout Core HCM, Benefits, Absence, Advanced Compensation, and Talent with user experience in mind
- Determine security roles and philosophy and configure security roles to provide strong compliance but manageable flexibility in maintenance, including API security roles
- Build advanced reporting, worklets, and dashboards to support available data and insights
Experience:
- 3+ years of advanced Workday configuration experience including experience with Advance Compensation, Talent. Experience with Workday Prism and Extend is a plus!
- Deep knowledge of Workday business processes, security frameworks, and advanced reporting and calculated fields
- Experience designing and implementing technology-enabled HR business solutions
- Experience defining HR business and systems strategy: developing system requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines
- Understand complexities and nuances with Workday reporting, especially involving compensation and performance management
- End to end implementation experience including requirements documentation, systems configuration, project management, issue management, communication and change management.
- Strong communication skills and ability to effectively work with highly technical and non-technical teams
