UiPath is seeking to hire an experienced Workday Senior Manager who will help lead the build-out of Workday as our Human Capital Management (HCM) system. In this role you will bring prior Workday and other HR systems expertise. You will be the primary support point for business process design and configuration, self-service workflows maintenance, data integrity and security, data analysis, systems integration.

This is what you will do at UiPath:

• Lead HR project management across the team, including but not limited to, project intakes, prioritizations, project governance, progress status reporting, and communications.
• Architect Workday HCM solutions to ensure that all work streams are cohesive and cross functional impacts are considered and mitigated
• Anticipates business needs and identifies and proposes HR products and services to fulfill those needs. advise stakeholders on options, risks and any impacts on other processes or systems.
• Partnering on business cases to add new capabilities, maintain strong relationships with internal customers based on trust, transparency, and results with primary business stakeholders
• Strong technical knowledge on Workday modules (e.g., Time and Absence, Benefits, Advanced Compensation, Talent and Performance, and Security) and the data model supporting the HR ecosystem
• Ensure secure, end-user access and data integrity across Workday platform
• Be resourceful in a fast-paced environment – deliver at the speed of UiPath

This is what you will bring to the UiPath:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, management information systems or equivalent
• 7+ years of industry experience configuring HR Solutions
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with SaaS/Workday (preferred)
• Experience working on a large scale, high impact projects
• Must be analytical and detail-oriented yet, able to conceptualize end-state solutions
• Understanding of Workday integration technologies
• Global HR experience
• Ability to troubleshoot technical problems
• Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills, with a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with all levels of management, colleagues, and vendors
• Experience with Mergers and Acquisitions execution
