As a member of our People Operations team, the Workday HRIS Analyst is responsible for troubleshooting and generally supporting the Workday HRIS system. Reporting to the Program Manager - People Operations, this role serves as a technical point of contact and assists Service Delivery, COE's and other Key Stakeholders with Workday needs while ensuring data integrity, user training, testing of system changes, and analyzing data flows for process improvements.
What you'll do
- Assist the Program Manager, People Operations in gathering requirements from subject matter experts within People Operations and other parts of the business. Translates business needs into functional and technical requirements
- Support Business System team members in implementing solutions and coordinates activities related to system enhancements, including end to end testing and user acceptance testing
- Responsible for performing analysis, validations, and audits in HCM core systems to ensure quality control, maintain adherence to established procedures, and meet audit compliance
- Troubleshoot end user and system issues including error messages, log-in difficulties, access denials, data issues, and integration failures across time zones covering the US and EMEA
- Ensure that HR Systems are meeting all change control requirements and compliance with data system security and privacy requirements
- Provide input and knowledge sharing with People Technology team as appropriate
- Support Workday feature release updates and enhancements
What you have
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, HR Administration or other related field or equivalent experience
- 3+ years People systems experience ideally in a high-tech, high-growth environment
- 2+ years of super user admin experience in Workday HCM, Time Tracking, Benefits and Absence, including Enterprise Integration Builder (EIB), Calculated Fields, and Report Writer
- 2+ years of JIRA & Confluence experience
- Strong foundational understanding of HR best practices & ability to understand key HR concepts
- Strong problem solving, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
