About the Team
VIZIO is looking for an Workday Analyst to join our HR team at our Irvine, CA headquarters. This is an amazing opportunity to join a growing team of HR professionals with a continued focus on providing an enhanced employee experience in an ever-growing, fast-paced environment.
As a part of the Human Resources Operations team, the Workday Analyst will be responsible for maintaining the data integrity of HR data, troubleshooting systems issues, identifying solutions and assisting with systems upgrades. The position will operate at both the strategic and tactical levels to assess current state of processes, recommend solution and deliver results.
What You Will Do
- Review and resolve HRIS requests related Workday in our Jira ticketing system.
- Assist with auditing data by running reports from Workday and other HR-related systems.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest updates to Workday and support enhancements to the Workday environment as well as leverage technology to improve business processes.
- Provides excellent customer service and builds working relationships with employees, managers, leaders, and other key stakeholders to improve Workday processes and user experience.
- Compare medium/large data sets to ensure data accuracy.
- Create ad-hoc Workday reports.
- Serve as a technical partner for multiple Workday modules.
- Monitor and audit processes to ensure confidentiality and security of HR data.
- Other duties as assigned.
About You
- You have 2+ years of experience in Workday is required.
- You have experience configuring and executing multiple business processes in Workday.
- You have experience building reports, dashboards in Workday and a clear understanding of Workday's object model.
- You have an associate degree or higher in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related.
- You are proficient in MS Office Suite with advanced Excel knowledge.
- You have strong data validation and business process testing skills.
- You have the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the business.
- You are a team player and have the ability to build strong working relationships.

For California-based employment: The minimum salary for this position is $ 32.69/hr . The maximum salary for this position $ 41.35/hr . The compensation package includes the annual bonus in addition to a range of medical, dental, vision and other benefits.
