Responsibilities
- Lead the People Operations team by building a trusted, high-impact organization
- Provide leadership and execution in compensation planning and benchmarking
- Develop programs to support recruiting, onboarding, performance management, continuing education, and employee feedback
- Identify, track, and improve metrics around employee engagement and satisfaction
- Manage the facilities to drive a consistent employee experience
- Act as a true advocate of employee safety and security by cascading values throughout the organization of a fair, tolerant, and respect-driven workplace
- Foster a culture of open communication and cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in People Operations Human Resources at an early-stage stage growth company
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves and be a hands-on contributor to support a rapidly scaling, performance-based culture
- Experience recruiting and managing high-performance teams and fostering a diverse and inclusive culture
- Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations and how to practically apply them in the workplace
- Capable of leading major initiatives or offering support and consultation.
- Ability to make decisions based on data and set quantitative goals.
- Love connecting with employees and have proven ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
- Highly adaptable, able to work autonomously, and will thrive in a rapidly changing, fast-paced environment
- Effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
