We’re seeking a VP of People responsible for leading high-impact, people-focused initiatives. You will lead, organize, and direct all aspects of the Human Resources, administrative, and recruiting functions. The VP of People will be tasked with streamlining processes and generating efficiencies in ways of working amongst the team including a full deep dive on our processes and policies. Work with management to define employee development needs in order to implement talent and development plans and programs to meet the organization's strategic goals and objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Execute the goals and objectives for the People Strategy as it aligns to the business strategy
  • Identify key performance indicators for the organizations human resource and talent management functions; assess the organization success and market competitiveness based on these metrics
  • Work collaboratively to address staff engagement and satisfaction across the organization
  • Create learning and development opportunities while reskilling teams for organizational agility and future employability
  • Helping the people team and individuals achieve maximum potential as well as addressing issues when performance is not at a high level/ or to its maximum potential
  • Solving problems that lie at the interface of technology, people and performance that are affecting day to day HR challenges in our business units
  • Working closely with the leadership team across all departments, strategically planning CoinFlip’s hiring roadmap, organizational structure, and development initiatives
  • Mentoring and developing CoinFlip’s People Team , alongside owning and continuously improving employee performance management initiatives

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in human resources management
  • Deep human behavioral understanding towards creating high engagement and powered teams
  • Experience in workforce planning and succession planning analytics for the future success of the company
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and analyze trends related to recurring issues and recommend approaches to the resolution or improvement of these issues
  • Proven history of recommending and driving the implementation of enhancements and improvements to established processes and workflows
  • Highly agile and adaptable to changes within a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Experience planning and executing on outstanding recruiting, culture, and employee-related programs
  • Experience in a startup is a plus
