VP of Human Resources
As VP of HR, you are the key business partner for leadership to scale our business globally (400 FTEs as of writing, of which 100 are in the USA). You focus on organizational design and coaching our coaches to maximize performance. You enable engaging careers and deliver efficient people processes and engaging work experiences. You lead a 9 people-strong global team of HR BPs, HR Ops, Payroll, C&B, and HRIS.
You report to the Chief People and Culture Officer, also in charge of internal centers of expertise in Talent Acquisition, Learning, and Knowledge Management.
You will be based in the United States, Eastern Time Zone, and work fully remotely.
Within 1 month, you will:
- Meet the team and leadership
- Learn how to work in Convexity and become familiar with 360Learning
- Assess the organizationโs people's strengths, weaknesses, and needs
- Define your and your teamโs roadmap and OKRs
Within 3 months, you will:
- Lead performance reviews, people reviews, and feedback campaigns
- Launch impactful actions to drive performance, retention, and better coaching
- Fully master the whole set of people processes and practices, so as to improve them
Within 6 months, you will:
- Generalize career paths across the organization and accelerate people development
- Drive our global DEI effort, partner with our ERGs, and lead by example
- Enhance the 360Learning profile with thought leadership
Within 12 months, you will:
- Work with the Chief People and Culture Officer to extend your scope, as their designated successor at the C-level
The Skill Set
- 12+ years in HR Leadership roles in the US
- Experience mostly acquired in a large multinational organization recognized for HR quality
- Experience working with engineering staffexperience managing senior teams
- Outstanding coaching skills
- Hands-on, with grit and a roll-up-your-sleeves mentality
- Results orientated with a data-driven approach
