Who are we looking for:

SentinelOne is building a University Recruiting and Internship program from grassroots and we are looking for a Program Manager to help get it off the ground. This will be a fast-paced, highly visible role that will have tangible and measurable results. 

What will you do:

  • Partner with the team and leaders to accumulate needs for intern and new grad hiring; build relationships with internal/external clients, serving as the point of contact for University Recruiting with hiring managers
  • Help shape program strategies and visions as we grow and scale our Intern and University grad programs internationally.
  • Define metrics and processes that will help us measure progress and accountability related to programmatic KPIs, diversity hiring, etc.
  • Create timelines and project plans associated with each academic institution for all activities and events, including influencing stakeholders to attend and communicate regularly to institutions
  • Develop and implement a university relations strategy at specific target campuses
  • Manage campus information and data, facilitate end-to-end campus events, and consolidate and analyze results to make recommendations for improvements
  • Evaluate candidate qualifications against position requirements and determine who to move forward in the recruitment process
  • Serve as a point of contact for all applicants during the interview, onboarding, and internship process; keep candidates engaged throughout, ensuring consistent communication
  • Lead projects for the summer internship program, including intern check-ins, virtual events, and continuous development

What skills and knowledge should you bring:

  • 2+ years of experience in university, diversity, and/or events recruiting, managing a variety of recruiting programs.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and matrixed environment.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, experience working on projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated track record of introducing and driving innovative programs that lead to tangible and measurable results
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • The capability to motivate and encourage change to get positive results in a very large, dispersed organization
  • Excellent planning and follow-up skills
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, including multitasking
  • The capability to identify talent from diverse backgrounds, industries and experiences
