Job Description
Associate Manager responsible for supporting review and evaluation of benefits programs globally including, but not limited to, health and well-being, life, disability and accident, employee assistance programs, perquisites and allowances, flexible benefits, time off, policies review/development, governance, compliance. This will include supporting some plan administration, the development of new program offerings relevant to our people needs and reviewing and assessing benefits programs related to acquisitions. Projects as assigned.
Specially this role will support the lead of benefits strategy development and assist with research, ideas, vendor discussions, tracking and program management and governance to enable our strategic priorities.
