About the Role
We are looking for a full-time Technical Sourcer to build a diverse candidate pool of passive talent to improve recruiting efficiency and quality. You will be responsible for partnering with recruiters, engineers and hiring managers on our Enterprise team to attract the best talent as we double our engineering team in 2022. You must thrive in a fast-paced and challenging environment and enjoy networking within the tech industry to find and identify the best sources of talent.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Collaborate with hiring managers & recruiters to understand their hiring needs and goals
• Build a pipeline of top-tier, passive technical candidates
• Engage with qualified technical candidates and work with the recruiting team to lead them through the hiring process
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies
• Track and report state of pipeline, recruiting funnel metrics and performance data
We’re looking for teammates who have:
• 2+ years of experience in a technical recruiting capacity
• Familiarity with one or more Applicant Tracking Systems (Lever is a plus)
• Track record of building strong relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates
• Strong organizational, time management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Prior experience sourcing (especially technical) is ideal
