About You and The Role

What You'll Do  

  • Being a sourcer at Zipline means your work builds teams whose products save people’s lives every single day
  • Take pride that your outreaches, InMails, phone screens will transform a startup with an idealistic mission to a global logistics platform that will give every person on earth instant access to vital medical supplies
  • Partner closely with engineering leads & hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and build transparent pipelines filled with qualified, diverse candidates 
  • Partner closely with recruiting partners, coordinators and sourcers to share knowledge and effectively route candidates through a growing organization 
  • Strategically plan and own a pipeline of diverse, exceptionally qualified candidates and ensure a first-class experience throughout the process
  • Continuously hone your pitch and ability to understand what motivates candidates and why Zipline could be the perfect place for them to grow their career and have a huge impact
  • Creatively leverage various platforms to source and engage extraordinary talent 
  • Be the ultimate champion and guardian of Zipline's culture, both internally and externally
  • Model best practices when it comes to data cleanliness and candidate communication
  • Have fun and feel energized by having a helping hand in growing Zipline and building a legendary company! 

What You'll Bring 

  • 2+ years of recruiting/sourcing experience with a desire to develop into a world-class sourcer
  • A true passion for tools, automation, efficiency, documentation and getting the most out of every action
  • Conversational-to-deep knowledge in at least one technical domain 
  • A curious, applied mind: the ability to pattern match in the field, develop opinions and challenge your assumptions every day
