SentinelOne is aggressively growing its technical teams, thus we are looking for a Technical Sourcer to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. Do you have a passion for people and building lasting relationships? Are you someone who gets excited about defining and executing a search strategy to find that perfect candidate? This exciting new role will give you the opportunity to work with a team of smart people who are passionate about solving problems, building culture and creating a differentiated candidate experience for diverse talent pools. 

 As a Technical Sourcer on the Talent Acquisition team, your top priorities will be to focus on talent readiness, market insights and candidate engagement for our technical teams. We are searching for someone who understands the challenges we face daily in hiring top talent at scale. You will partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand the requirements of roles, the functions, and how they fit into SentinelOne’s organization and you will develop creative search strategies to identify and engage top talent.

 

What will you do?

  • Focus primarily on sourcing, attracting, and engaging passive technical talent
  • Map and understand our competitive landscape, the movers and shakers
  • Lead the sourcing efforts in support of growing and scaling our technical teams
  • Leverage platforms including LinkedIn, Greenhouse, sourcing tools and social media to actively engage top prospects and build market awareness about SentinelOne’s career opportunities across the US
  • Build relationships with prospects and with pools of talent in support of current and future hiring needs
  • Map potential markets/companies and provide ‘on demand’ talent pool research and analysis
  • Simultaneously manage multiple searches and support multiple recruiting partners
  • On occasion lead sourcing efforts outside your focus area (tech), as SentinelOne continues to geographically expand

 

What experience and skills should you bring?

  • Deep passion, understanding, and commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
  • A high sense of urgency & winning mentality
  • Intellectual curiosity around Cyber Security, general technology, business, and industry
  • 2+ years sourcing experience with an agency or in-house recruiting team (a mix even better)
  • Relentless drive to devise creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage technical talent
  • A finger on the pulse on the latest tools, resources and communities for tech talent
  • Data driven approach to inform and influence hiring decisions
  • Resourceful and ability to work through ambiguity and constant change
  • A true team player - in your eyes an ‘assist’ is as good as a ‘goal’ - you relish your contributions to the team hiring plan
