Technical Sourcer
As a Technical Sourcer you will be part of our recruiting team and you will provide your sourcing expertise across various technical groups at SailPoint. That includes engineering. You will work with recruiters to proactively and strategically align the need for talent with business goals; then execute sourcing strategies to identify, attract, recruit and hire top talent.
Your responsibilities include using various channels to look for potential candidates, contacting passive candidates and building talent pipelines for future hiring needs. If you have solid networking skills, know how to source on LinkedIn, social media and enjoy learning about different roles, we'd like to meet you.
Responsibilities include:
- Sourcing Candidates through various channels
- Developing successful sourcing strategies
- Build trusting relationships with recruiters and hiring managers
- Serve as a liaison between the recruiters and candidates
- Ability to articulate our SailPoint story
- Screening sourced candidates
- Maintain candidate database (Workday)
Requirements:
- At least 1-2 years experience in a corporate recruiting environment, successfully sourcing technical talent i.e. software engineers, devops engineers and managers
- Business acumen to elicit trust and credibility with all levels of the organization
- Amazing soft skills and organizational skills
- Data driven- can work to a metric or goal
- Has proven experience in sourcing candidates within the software industry.
- Strong "relationship" recruiter who consistently builds a pipeline of candidates by networking and cold calling
- Demonstrated record of success and customer satisfaction managing a multi requisitions and clients
- Knowledge of current employment trends, internet sourcing and recruitment methods required to identify and attract talent
Education:
BA/BS or equivalent experience
