Technical Sourcer

As a Technical Sourcer on our Talent Acquisition Team, you will help fill our pipeline with experienced talent across multiple disciplines and work closely with leaders at all levels across the organization to hire the best and brightest while creating an awesome candidate experience. This is the perfect job if you love to work in a fast-paced, high-growth, and fun environment.
This position reports to the Head of People and is based in our Reno, NV office. We are not considering remote employees at this time. This is a full-time position.

Key Expectations
- Find and engage passive candidates across multiple disciplines including Design, Product Management, Software Engineering, and Professional Services
- Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand requirements of roles within Ridgeline in order to find relevant talent
- Strategize different ways to build talent pipeline- execute research, generate referrals, build ad campaigns, etc.
- Screen resumes and sell/interview candidates to determine interest and fit
- Regularly track pipeline activity to share with internal stakeholders
- Contribute to diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts, branding, events, and help with recruiting projects as necessary
- Think creatively, own problems, seek solutions, and communicate clearly along the way
- Contribute to a collaborative environment rooted in learning, teaching, and transparency
Desired Skills and Experience
- 3+ years technical sourcing experience with a search firm or in-house recruiting team
- Experience partnering with recruiters and hiring managers across different offices
- Experience building and executing sourcing strategies
- Experience with passive outreach
- Experience working in a team-based environment
- Expertise using Linkedin Recruiter
- An aptitude for problem solving
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Serious interest in having fun at work
