Technical Sourcer, Talent Acquisition - EMEAJoining Collibra’s Talent Acquisition Sourcing team:

As the team supporting our highest-volume and most challenging searches across the business, globally, Collibra's Sourcing team helps ensure we can create a robust, diverse, and highly-qualified pipeline to delight our hiring managers and candidates, and serve as our catalyst for Growth. 

Reporting to the Head of Talent Sourcing, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing an always-on pipeline of diverse candidates in support of our POSE (Product, Operations, Security and Engineering) organization in EMEA, specifically in the UK, Belgium, Czechia and Poland
  •  Identifying, engaging, interviewing & assessing both passive and active candidates
  • Educating and influencing the business on the philosophy, approach and best practices of candidate discovery
  • Partnering with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition Partners to advise, guide, and influence successful hiring processes resulting in top hires
  • Identifying, recommending and/or implementing process improvements as a member of the Talent Acquisition team

You Have:

  • 3+ years of experience working as a Technical sourcer and/or recruiter in a high-growth environment with a focus on Engineering & Product roles
  • Advanced understanding of the sourcing lifecycle
  • Demonstrable history of using creative sourcing approaches, experience in X-ray searches, social sourcing and boolean strings
  • Ability to support sourcing efforts across regions
  • Ability to use talent maps and data to influence stakeholders
  • Ability to quickly pivot focus based on business needs and continue to deliver results

  • A strong researcher with the ability to influence using data
  • Customer service focused, and a builder of great relationships and even better outcomes
  • Familiar with Greenhouse or other ATSs/CRMs
  • Comfortable in ambiguity, thrives through change, and are highly adaptable

Measuring Success:

  • Within your first month, you will be generating high-quality, high volume pipeline, with candidates progressing throughout the interview process
  • Within your second month, you will have gained a good understanding of your focus area, our systems and how sourcing works at Collibra
  • Within your third month, you will have placed your first candidate and have established credibility with your TA Partners and hiring managers while serving as an expert and advisor to the business
