As a Technical Sourcer (Contract) you will play a vital role in hiring top candidates for roles across Product functions (Product Management, Product Design, Product Analytics) at Stitch Fix.  You will serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers and senior leadership to leverage your analytical skills and business acumen to highlight strengths and opportunities in our efforts to catalyze high functioning teams. 

The ideal candidate is a well-rounded talent acquisition professional who is a natural talent magnet -- one who excels at recruiting candidates from a diverse range of skill sets and backgrounds. Success will require an impeccably rigorous bar for candidate quality, a creative and strategic approach to problem-solving, influencing senior leaders, a data-driven approach to performance measurement, and operating with a high degree of integrity. This role will report to our Director of Recruiting - Product, Design and Algorithms.
