SHOULD YOU ACCEPT THIS CHALLENGE...
Our Go-to-Market (GTM) Talent Acquisition team is looking for an early in career sourcer to partner closely with our Recruiters and Hiring Managers. As part of this role, you will develop strategies to find top talent within our Sales organization across the US. We have a highly driven and experienced GTM recruiting team, and we are looking for someone that we can bring in and help grow and develop their sourcing skills to help attract and hire the best and brightest talent.
- Focus on Customer Experience and Operations hiring for our US Recruiting organization
- Weave creative diversity sourcing techniques into every project
- Proactively build a strong candidate pipeline for assigned roles
- Partner with hiring managers and recruiting team to understand hiring needs
- Maintain a candidate pipeline for difficult and niche positions
- Partner with members of the HR/Recruiting team to manage efficient sourcing and recruitment processes
- Assist with passive recruitment, including sourcing, evaluating and qualifying top talent
- Identify and leverage alternative creative sourcing methods
- Ensure a high touch candidate experience
- Advise managers on building an efficient pipeline to reach hiring targets
- Work as a team with our highly effective Recruiters, Recruiting Coordinators and Recruiting Operations
- Ensure a high level of data integrity with our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other systems
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...
- 4+ years of professional recruiting/sourcing/coordination experience. A mix of agency and in-house experience is a plus
- Bachelor's Degree in Sociology, Psychology, HR, Business or related field
- Baseline understanding and curiosity in technical skill sets and hiring in a tech environment
- Experience working in a high-growth environment
- Demonstrated experience sourcing and engaging passive candidates
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and self-manage
- You know how to work on a small but highly effective team and can grow with us as we grow the company
- Experience working with remote teams located in multiple cities and timezones preferred
- Must be able to work legally in the US without visa sponsorship
- Position is remote and open to any state, except Colorado
