Technical Recruiting Sourcer (Remote)

3-6 month contract

Overview:

As a Technical Recruiting Sourcer, you will research and engage passive prospects for multiple positions across multiple tech verticals. You will be responsible for partnering with individual recruiters and hiring teams to ensure delivery of finding top talent. You will be carrying various roles on your respective teams managing all sourcing projects and follow ups to create a great candidate experience.

The impact you'll make:

• Manage recruiting sourcing plan in close partnership with Recruiters and Hiring Managers.
• Manage Greenhouse to ensure that all data is clean, candidates are in the right stage, and communicate the appropriate information for each step.
• Create compelling outreach and pitch roles to potential candidates via phone or video.
• Calibrate on open jobs and quickly generate multiple pipelines of high quality, diverse candidates.
• Identify and implement best practices and tools for attracting and selecting top talent.
• Understand your pipeline metrics and have the ability to adjust focus accordingly.
• Engage with passive candidates, build diverse pipelines, and provide inclusive candidate experiences.

What you've accomplished:

• 2+ years of Sourcing or Recruiting experience
• High volume cold reach outs to passive candidates
• Enjoys navigating a high volume recruiting environment
• Team player attitude who loves to learn, grow, and teach
• Ability to conduct boolean searches and creative ways to find passive candidates
• Have the ability to shift gears at a moment's notice while being able to think proactively
• Understanding of full-cycle recruiting 
• Ability to engage passive talent with written and verbal communication skills
• Proven customer service experience and skills
• Ability to build relationships with various personalities and departments
• Interpersonal skills and being able to work with others as a team
• Strong knowledge and experience with Google boolean strings, LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms
