About the Role
As a Recruiting Coordinator at Highspot, you will work effectively with internal and external clients and candidates, possess great communication skills, have the ability to shift gears at a moment’s notice and enjoy the challenges of helping to build a great organization of talented individuals. What You'll Do
- Ensure a high level of customer service to our candidates and functions while scheduling interviews.
- Assist tech recruiters with tracking candidates throughout the hiring process including: maintaining status on the Applicant Tracking system, posting jobs and closing jobs
- Proactively maintain recruiting scheduling, career fair support and other recruiting functions.
- Act as the liaison between Talent and other functions for scheduling. Help coordinate recruiting meetings, interview training and agendas with the Recruiting team.
- Liaison with executive assistants for Executive scheduling.
- Support internal meeting services, including interview room, conference room layout and setup
- Ability to be flexible when schedules change and make changes happen without stress.
- Help facilitate bi-weekly meeting with engineering leadership and recruiting team
Your Background
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-2 years work experience, preferred working with Engineering organizations
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and complete a high volume of tasks and projects with little to no guidance
- Self-directed with a high sense of urgency and attention to detail
- Analytical and problem-solver
- Customer first attitude
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Good working knowledge of Google Apps (Email, Calendar, Sheets, Docs)
