About the Role

Workday is looking for a Product & Technology Talent Sourcing Specialist to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. At Workday, we aim to have a high quality, diversified candidate pool for every position. This role will be liaising with our Recruiters and Hiring Managers to develop creative strategies to find the best talent globally. This individual will be responsible for acquiring talent for the Recruitment team, partnering with talent partners, and advocating for talent in the Recruitment process. About You

• Use social networks (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) and niche platforms (GitHub) to connect and engage with potential candidates
• Log prospect and candidate information in our CRM and/or ATS
• Identify new methods of sourcing for high-quality prospects
• Review resumes and conduct prospect screens
• Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiting partners to identify future hiring needs and proactively source top talent
• Partner closely with recruiters, cross-functional teams, and business and HR leaders to share intel and help hire the best talent across Workday
• Partner with our Talent Brand & Marketing team to help develop marketing related content

Other Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven technical talent sourcing and/or recruiting experience
• Demonstrable experience with skills-based sourcing, passive talent generation, and sourcing for prospects through multiple channels (web, social, professional networks, internal networks, etc.)
• You possess stellar communication skills (both written and verbal)
• You are comfortable seeking out, reading, and communicating market data to key partners
• You are diligent, organized, and can prioritize tasks
• You can operate independently and also contribute to the greater Talent Acquisition team
• Hands on experience with Workday and Beamery is a plus
• You are willing to learn new methodologies and technologies to help evolve Workday's sourcing and recruiting functions
