Talent Acquisition Technical Recruiter
Location: Remote or Denver, CO
Reports to: Talent Acquisition Director
Employment: Full time or temporary
Eventus is growing and we are hiring a recruiting expert who is passionate about learning new skills, hunting unfound talent, loves working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and a passion to help grow the team! Your background in full life cycle recruiting will be used to source, screen, interview and hire the best talent in the business. Your primary focus to start will be to recruit tech talent such as CCaaS software engineers, developers, technical architects, but you will also recruit across other business functions for roles such as strategic consultants, Workforce Management, CRM, Data Analytics and more. Responsibilities will include but not limited to:• Partner and support the business' hiring needs• Understand requirements, source and pipeline talent for select roles• Identify and customize sourcing and hiring plans for various positions• Develop and execute recruiting and pipelining plans to support TA needs• Understand and articulate business and technology to engage and qualify potential talent• Qualify talent to ensure they meet minimum requirements and aligned to the team and culture at Eventus• Present qualified candidates to hiring managers• Ensure an amazing candidate experience from first point of contact to onboarding and beyond• Help the TA team continue to hone brand awareness through social media, meet ups, and other recruiting activities• Track sourcing data, goals, and performance metrics• Always be learning and stay up to date on recruiting trends and innovations
Qualifications For Success:• 3 or more years of full life cycle recruiting experience• Experience working directly with hiring managers to obtain job descriptions, candidate selection, interview process, etc.• Experience screening and qualifying applicants• Technical sourcing/recruiting of technical engineers, software developers, and / or contact center technology roles• Experience developing sourcing strategies to engage active and passive candidates, talent mining of the internet, databases, social networking profiles, blog posts, etc., Boolean search, use of tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter/Talent Hub, SeekOut, Social Media, etc.• Experience working in a high volume recruiting environment with a strong sense of urgency.• Agency recruiting experience preferred• Experience recruiting Professional Services Consultants preferred• Experience recruiting CXone (inContact), Genesys Cloud CX, Five9, Talkdesk, 8X8 or other cloud telephony platform engineers and architects is highly desired

Applicants can expect to make between $75,000 to $110,000 upon hire. Pay within this range will vary based upon experience, skills, certifications, education among other factors as required in the job description. In addition this position is eligible for a target incentive bonus up to 5-10%.
Eventus offers a wide range of benefits to full-time employees. Some are subsidized by the company and others are fully employee-paid. What are some social events your company does?

Eventus gathers for baseball, bowling, laser tag, virtual scavenger hunts, etc. The Halloween costume contest is always a hit. We fundraise for the St Jude walk annually. The best event of the year is Eventus week. The entire team is together in CO. We focus on annual goals and the year ahead. Concludes with dinner, gifts, dancing, and awards.
