What You Will Do

  • A strong level of knowledge in all full life-cycle recruiting components including, but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, legal, job analysis, wage and salary trends, relationship management, and due diligence, in a fast paced environment
  • Manage and coordinates all communication with candidates
  • Manage the scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Develop an effective pipeline of key talent potentially available for immediate hire as succession planning needs dictate
  • Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to be competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practices
  • Develop, cultivate, and manage relationships with business partners and hiring managers to provide service excellence and staffing expertise
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure successful on-boarding of new hires
  • Perform compensation analysis and develop workforce strategies, which include internal and external research and data analysis, to identify drivers around recruitment and retention
  • Utilize social media, focused networking (internal and external), and targeted recruiting initiatives to meet business initiatives and growth strategies
  • Must be able to manage competing demands, accept criticism and constructive feedback, while being extremely adaptable and flexible



Skills and Experience You Will Need

Skills:

  • Experience in IT Recruiting / Talent Acquisition
  • Proven track record of success working in fast paced, high energy environments
  • Proven experience with process, metrics, reports, and applicant tracking systems
  • Must have experience with direct requirements that include interaction with both sales people and delivery managers
  • Strong personality - must be able to interact with other departments, including senior management.
  • Strong presentation and meeting facilitation skills
  • Possesses a high level of enthusiasm for building a business and a strong sense of entrepreneur-ism
  • Demonstrates capacity to overcome obstacles and welcomes opportunity for challenges
  • Exhibits strong social skills and ability to develop professional relationships


Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of remaining stationary at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift to 15 lbs., as needed
  • Must be able to work on-site (corporate/client offices), as needed (not applicable for 100% remote roles)
  • Occasionally required to bend, kneel, crouch, and reach overhead.
  • Hand-eye coordination necessary to operate computers and various pieces of office equipment.
  • Specific vision abilities required include close vision, the ability to tolerate fluorescent lighting, and the ability to adjust focus.
