The Role:

Cerebral is looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our Recruiting Team! This is a remote position with a primary focus on filling technical positions. You’ll source, screen, and coordinate candidates through our interview pipeline and be responsible for the full cycle of recruiting through onboarding. 

We will set you up with cutting-edge tools to help you succeed in recruiting top talent! For example, you will be provided with a new laptop, Recruiter LinkedIn Seat, access to paid online databases, sponsored postings, sourcing training (adding a sourcing academy soon), Dashboard tools, RPO assistance, Sourcer/Market Researchers, Monthly recruitment training, personal development, and more!

Who you are:

  • 2-3+ years of full lifecycle technical recruiting experience across product, engineering, UX/UI design, QA, and data, including some startup experience
  • Experience with Greenhouse or similar ATS
  • Multi-tasker that can prioritize multiple hiring managers, requests, and tasks
  • Must have a high sense of urgency and accountability while working in a results-oriented environment
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with prospective and existing candidates to discuss assignment details, pay, and hand-holding through joining date
  • Must be located within the United States (this is a 100% remote role, but we currently don't operate outside of the US)

How your skills and passion will come to life at Cerebral:

  • Establish, build and maintain relationships with both hiring managers and candidates
  • Create a high-quality pipeline of candidates by various outreach efforts, including emails, high volume of calls, ATS, Linkedin, and utilizing the company’s ATS (Greenhouse) and all other resources 
  • Initiate creative strategies to recruit active and passive candidates
  • Conduct interviews and navigate candidates through the interview pipeline 
  • Extend offers and negotiate compensation contracts
  • Mentor other recruiters/specialists in training, development, and process
  • Multitask in a fast-paced environment and manage candidate phone calls, email communication, and coordination between candidates and the hiring team
  • Manage tasks within a deadline-oriented environment
