About the role
We’re looking for a talented Technical Recruiter to partner with our hiring managers to identify top talent, build diverse pipelines, and hire world class talent at Lattice. You’ll work to build strong relationships with hiring managers across Engineering as well as other technical teams.
You’ll be responsible for managing the recruitment process from start to finish, as well as make recommendations on how to improve our hiring processes, streamline the recruiting process, and make sure both candidates and hiring teams have a great experience.
Responsibilities
Manage the full-cycle recruiting process on Technical roles, including extending offers and closing candidates
Source for top talent that builds a diverse pipeline of candidates
Make recommendations to improve our current processes to continue to create scalability for hyper growth
Maintain our employer brand in all external opportunities
About You
2+ years experience as a full cycle recruiter in technical roles
Experience building a sourced pipeline of candidates
Strong written and verbal communication
Passion for building diverse, equitable, and inclusive teams
