Cisco Meraki is looking for a highly motivated and capable recruiter to join our technical recruiting team. This role is for someone who thrives in a face-paced, growth-focused environment. You will partner closely with our Network Support Engineers and Leadership team to create and drive forward recruiting processes, ensuring a rich, versatile and diverse pipeline to build the future of the Meraki Technical Support strategy. You will have the freedom to experiment with new ideas and drive towards building diverse and passionate teams. You will drive a positive candidate experience from the point of initial contact, to offer acceptance, and onboarding.
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for the full life cycle of recruiting efforts for experienced hires. This includes scoping roles, generating pipeline, screening, setting interview strategies and extending offers
Partner and act as a talent consultant with hiring managers to fully understand the business and set recruiting priorities. Develop and drive an engaging candidate experience.
Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient recruiting process.
Develop a high-touch exceptional candidate & hiring manager experience
Results Driven: You are resilient, optimistic, and passionate about our business results while never compromising customer, partner, and team relationships
Solve problems and produce solutions by critically thinking, collecting and analyzing data, and identifying alternatives when circumstances change
Foster Cisco Meraki’s Technical Support philosophy and mission throughout various channels to creatively source, attract, engage, and a versatile, passionate, diverse pool of candidates
Requirements:
- 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience with a track record of closing high-quality candidates Bachelor’s degree
- Organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize in a high volume environment
- True passion for the candidate experience and natural relationship builder
- An awareness and understanding of diversity and inclusiveness strategies to incorporate into every facet of our overall recruiting strategy
- Passion for the mission, product, and culture of Cisco Meraki
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills; ability to interact with team members and candidates of all stature with professionalism and tact
